* massaging the abdominals is incredible for our digestion and elimination system. This is where we tend to store a lot of suppressed emotion as well. Through massage we can begin to release that which no longer serves us, both physically and emotionally.

Reiki Levels I and I; * Level 1 for self healing * Level 2 to provide healing for others
MASSAGE RATES: $60 for 45 minutes $70 for 60 minutes $85 for 75 minutes $100 for 90 minutes $140 for 120 minutes
Insurance receipts can be issued for massage for those who have Reiki or Reflexology coverage.
