Light for relaxation, medium to work out the knots or deep tissue to get through scar tissue, your choice. I can also treat various conditions, as tendinitis, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder etc. I have a portable table or massage chair, clean linens, hypoallergenic lotion all ready to be at your home.
