You regularly make reference to the CCTV SURVEILANCE SYSTEM at Bellagio and your many cameras that are closely monitored. You also said that because of the surveilance system, you are aware of the identity of the customer before they even enter the spa.
Concerned customers should be aware of this, especially coupled with .your sordid past. I would imagine that for customers, their annanymity is paramount.
