30 % Taxes - Where are they charging it ???

Hi there, as I get ready to travel to San Jose on memorial day, I just wanted to know if anybody has been charged for the supposed new 30% tax. I am staying at the Presidente ( $ 48 + Tax ?? )and so far nobody has mentioned anything about it.
Also would the MP's ( Zona Blue, New Fantasy, etc ) be hit with this tax??

I wouldnt sweat it. The tax is under review and most places are not paying it currently. Any current reservations should be honored without question.
