This is a new place - been open for about 2 months. It looks like they are still doing some renovating, but the room I had was OK. Paid $45 for 45 minutes. The room had a clean well pressured shower, a sink, a mattress on the floor and a new looking massage table. The mattress was all set for a client, but the table had nothing on it, no sheet, no towel, nothing. So after my shower, in comes Cindy and she invites me to make myself comfortable on the mattress. She's a thin girl, about 5'6" with short straight hair and a face that falls somewhat in the ordinary range, but she has a certain charm about her. After chatting for a while I found out that she is Vietnamese. A slight change of pace, but no problem.
The massage was soft - medium and not bad at all. She could maybe just move her hands around a little slower, but that's about it as far as negative comments go. No real teasing to speak of. After the flip, I asked if she would take off her clothes and all but the panties came right off. The finish was pretty good, but she is skiled at positioning herself so that I couldn't really get much access anywhere. As for her body, very thin, with the typical A or small B cups with nice big eraser nipples.
I tipped her the standard rate for the services rendered, showered and was on my merry way.
There was quite a bit of noise all throughout the session coming from the reception area, as there were a couple of fellows working on getting things set up and there was a child there with them. Must be a family business. LOL. I hope this was just because it was the weekend.

Cindy told me they have other asian girls working there as well.
This place might just get at least one more test run out of me before I decide to keep it on my list or not.
