How do you solicit new staff ?

But yeah, I would say those are trade secrets. It really could be anywhere including SPs that want to take a break from doing FS.

I know some girls who worked in the MPs downtown. From what I've learned its 2 things: 1. Help wanted ads that find the local girls, and of course, 2. illegal immigration/sex traffic from Asia. I don't think these are trade secrets. Its fairly obvious when you start hobbying and you look around you a bit.

Yes, I suppose that is a very general statement now that I look at it. I suppose the traffickers have a knack for finding the vulnerable in poorer countries. I've heard stories where girls were promised jobs (e.g. nannies, maids) and were given MP and escort work instead, all the while having their passport/paperwork withheld until they work off their debt. I suppose this is just one method among many.
To be fair though I want to mention that not all Asians working the industry are poor or trafficked. Lots of foreign exchange students who only have student visas, but not work visas, do MP/SP work to supplement their income due to the imposed limited options. I'd say that the students talk about this among themselves, so it would more be a networking aspect as an entryway.

Head on over to Le Journal De Monteal. Look for the glass protected booth & give clerk your paperwork that you received earlier. Some fancy words for a $HIRING GIRLS FOR TORONTO$ advertisement & a couple of bucks later will send more hot french girls that are looking for work, than your pay as you go phone will be able to handle

You would be surprised, the ratio of girls that do/would work in an MP is alot higher than u think. Considering there are thousands of parlors and countless girls at each one...For the most part, its lack of proper info, once girls realize its not some seedy thing in a dingy apartment with a matress on the floor...LOL...they are much more open to possibility.

Help wanted ads and massageplanet.net posts tend to reach existing industry girls....I guess it depends what a spa likes to target...existing girls, new faces, etc.

I agree, that's why I added the second paragraph. I don't think all Asians are trafficked. Far from it. The OP wanted to discuss some recruitment methods and that's what I'm doing. There are no accusations here.
