I agree and have a few thoughts. Maybe the owners just don't have the girls to work and schedules don't jive with what owners want or maybe they are doing a reno!!
maybe transfer of ownership??
But yeah, I would think they should have been ready to go. $$$ to be made.. I do like the signage and its sort of eye catching so what the heck?? -
