Hi Claire
There are various nutritional things you can do to help like eating a wholefood diet, 50% of your intake being raw vegetables and fruits, raw nuts and seeds plus soya foods. Include 'green' drinks of juices made from dark green veg and grasses. I would include oat bran at breakfast to bind to and help excrete excess oestrogens. No refined flour (white bread, pasta, sugar or rice), processed foods, alcohol, coffee, animal fats, butter, dairy produce, fried foods, additives, red meats, shellfish, junk or fast foods, or fizzy drinks. Sally Child is the nutritional specialist in female problems and she has had some fantastic results with her work, find her at this link - she has written several books too.
The other option I would suggest is to try EFT. There are seven reports listed on www.emofree.com if you put endometriosis in their search engine - try this page. There is also free downloadable manual which explains it all. You can find a practitioner here on HP or on www.aamet.org.uk .
Wishing you all the best through this distressing time.
Caroline
