Acupuncture for Fertility

Hi All

I just wanted to know that I wasn't wasting my money. I have weekly acupuncture sessions at £32 per session. The reson why I go is to improve my chances of concieving, we have only been trying for 11 months but I have had 2 miscarriages during that time so thought maybe it would be a good idea to get body back into good health. At the very least it does help me relax and the whole thing.

I have had5 sessions so far now the first one I took along my charts which she was very interested in (lovely chinese lady) shetold me to continue taking temps so that she could see if she was making a difference and to know where I am in my cycle as she uses different needle points depending where I am in my cycle. Each session I have about 30mins with 3-4 needles in each leg and foot, 3-4 across my lower tummy, 1 in each wrist, 2 in my ear and 1 in the middle of my forehead. During this time she also warms up mexbustion? and wafted it around my tummy and thigh area!!!! She also gives me a lovely head massage towards the end.

I just wanted to know from the guys on here who do acupuncture for fertility what the process should involve and what points should be used. And what differences, if any, should I be noticing in my cycles.
