Advice for Beginners??

Hey, as a beginner, I'm interested in some advice for how to go about getting a good massage in Montreal. Having never done it before, I need to know what the usual protocol is and what to expect. Can any of you more seasoned posters help me out?

Also any recommendations for which places are the best for beginners would be very helpful.
