amp rates

I was just pondering my possibilities of maybe seeing Penny or Wicky @ Cleo for the first time on Sunday afternoon. If that doesn't work, then the tried and true Cindy or Coco @ Jade.

And I thought isn't it great that all amps have the same rates, no hassle, no problem remembering as with the indies, where you have to look at their showcase to see if they're running a special, or they've increased, or what?

Amps are always the same, no hassle and always had good/great service.

You are correct hd; it is comforting to know exactly what the price is without having to haggle. Now some ladies find it necessary to throw sand in the ointment every now and then, but the overwhelming majority know and understand the price structure. Whether they are happy with it, is another matter? I really don't know. I'm sure most, if not all, would love to get much more, and some do in the form of an extra tip, but the majority seem to be okay with the amount.

As a matter of fact, I was a bit intrigued by the price structure when I first moved to FW several years ago, and I posed this very question to a veteran AMP hobbyist.

He told me that the price had always been 140 & 200 as far as he could remember and they will probably never change.

Certainly hope he was right. He has been so far.

I usually come close to making up the difference with a generous tip, even at that, I still get and excellent 1hr session for less that the majority of the indies.

I always feel kinda guilty like I'm messing with the system when I tip extra. I do have my favorites though that go that extra mile (MSOG, good conversation, or lots of DFK), that I've been caught tipping double the going rate on a few occasions. I do love it when they're excited to see me though, even if I know its just for my wallet. I've never had a "bad" amp experience like I have in the provider scene, but some do go above and beyond what $200 justifies.

I've never tipped extra simply for that reason that I don't want to create an expectation. And if I tip one girl extra and see another girl in the same spa, does she now have that expectation? That's why I generally stick with gifts, some expensive and some not so expensive, for my ATF's.
