Karla, AMP is an acronym for Asian Massage Parlor, a type of place where fun can be had . We have a whole review section dedicated to them. Now, as for the 2003 part, that was before my time in S.A., but I think that is when there was some legislation passed which made it harder for AMP's to operate, which in turn killed the AMP market. (Someone will have to confirm this) With the emergence of so many AMP's in such a short time (we went from 2 to 6 in about 4 months) he is stating he is worried that this will draw unwanted attention from LE again.

Oh, and sat.ing stands for saturating. Like we're oversaturating the AMP market. Happy hobbying ya'll!
