When you enter the unit and you see the girl is not the same as the pic, you can decide to stay and pay the advertised rate, you can negotiate the price down because she is not the same girl or you can decline and walk out.

The worse that will happen to you is you might get a dirty look if her pimp is sitting in the parking lot watching guys come and go. But, not a big deal. I have never had anyone give me trouble for wallking out of a bait and switch.

Fake pics have never bothered me, in fact, many gems can be found if you don't dismiss the fact that most use them.

BUT! They should only use pics that are relatively similar, not a 9-10 when they are a 5-6.
