Hi, Anyone has ever STI or other related experience from pure/perla. I know most of the girls are clean in pure/perla but bbbj /dfk and piv has always risk. Any suggestion/advise on this?

If you’re going to spas and having completely open sessions, please educate yourself on what to look out for. (Sores, discharge, etc.)

Generally there is a very low chance of STI/STD from manual stimulation, but watch for open cuts or sores on the providers hands. Herpetic lesions, HPV, Impetigo and Ring Worm could spread this way.
If Monkey Pox crosses into the hetero world then this will be a major game changer for the trade.

Safer, much safer but not 100%. Since HIV medications are available which put the viral load very low to nearly detectable and infected people can now survive decades instead of a few months, infected hobbyist and infected sex workers are still active. Gonorrhea, Syphillis, HPV, Herpes, Chlamydia are still very much out there.,

Really, if the sore is full blown and obvious then it might be detected, but in a darkened room, it is hard to do a clinical exam, even for “ the girls” lol. Also there is asymptotic spread with Monkey Pox, no sores visible. If an individual has open sore and lesion associated with Monkey Pox then they would also likely have other symptom, such as fever, enlarged gland, nausea, etc. in other words a general feeling of malaise and pain with the last thing that they would want to do is have a physical encounter. They would probable require bed rest.

It is not difficult to find if girl has soar or cut etc in the dark room because light is not enough to see clearly the body of girl. This is issue. Should we ask to girl to increase the light of the room and she will do that on request?

If bisexual men who are in contact with the likely cruising , Monkey Pox infected other homosexual men, start visiting female mpa then this could change, but it is not likely. More worrisome is if the virus mutates and becomes more contagious or lethal.
