Appointment @ IT

I've been wanting to see Paige for quite some time now after seeing all the great reviews on this board. My schedule has never seemed to jive with hers but I noticed that according to the IT schedule, she is working Sunday.
I phoned to book an appointment and I'm not sure who answered but I was informed that "it's too early to book an appointment, call back Friday".
Am I missing something here? Is the schedule they post only tentative for the weekend?
Why bother to post a schedule that far out if you can't book an appointment.
I'm not usually one to book in advance so maybe this is the norm.
Anyway, can someone shed some light?

Never been to IT, just see it while going to another mp in plaza. How does this compare to the red bird etc? is it a whoile different experience? Red bird is dingy, offer a very full menu, and not the hottest asian girls, but they try real hard.

How different is this? I always ask for certain service, because after reading the vague descriptions of BS and NR I still dont know abut the endings etc. So I stay safe and never let down. Anyone want to enlighten me..without saying names or places of real definitions of nr and bs in a private message? thanks
