Recommendations:



That the following recommendation of the Markham Licensing Committee be adopted and confirmed:



(1) That the application for Complementary Healthcare Establishment, submitted by the Owner for "Body and Soul Health Spa" at 205 Riviera Drive, Units 7 and 8, Markham, Ontario, be denied, and



(2) That, pursuant to section 25(1) of The Statutory Powers Procedures Act, this decision not be stayed by any appeal of this decision that may be instituted in the courts.

(1) That the application for Body-rub Parlour, submitted by the Owner for "Oasis Health Studio" at 400 Esna Park Drive, Unit #8, Markham Ontario, be denied, and



(2) That, pursuant to section 25(1) of The Statutory Powers Procedures Act, this decision not be stayed by any appeal of this decision that may be instituted in the courts.

I would rather go to a licenced MP so I can minimize the chances of meeting with LE. I was just asking to see how safe it is to go to Oasis and B&S..

IMO B&S, on Bridgeland near Yorkdale, has the best mix of discrete and safe location, girls, facility and price. I do not know the RIVIERA DRIVE B&S you mention.

The B&S I was asking about is on Bridgeland, near Yorkdale Mall.

Oasis is on Essna Park Drive, near Steeles and Victoria Park.

I never knew there were more than one Body and Soul in the GTA.

I work at the B&S on Bridgeland, near Yorkdale mall. It is a fully licensed body rub parlour. They actually talk about the license on their website: http://www.bodyandsoulspa.ca/ I do not reccommend going to any spas that are not licensed.

I know nothing about Oasis, or any other spa called Body and Soul, I have never heard of it/them.

I work for the B&S on Bridgeland, not the one in Markham that the original poster speaks of. I am just an MPA, it is not *my* spa personally, I do not own it nor do I manage it. If you have any concerns, please, I urge you to call 416-781-6394 and the general manager can answer any and all of your questions.
