A friend and I are planning our first trip to Costa Rica. We planned to do some surfing on the pacific coast side but we also want tica's. Is there a tica friendly town on the west coast where we can surf and have lot's of beautiful tica's. We would like to find a town with a nice night life. If any of you have any info on the subject I would greatly appreciate it, also if anyone know's a hotel to stay at as well. Thankyou I love the sight and all the info I have allready gotten from you guys.
