Ashley has decided to take a well deserved break. She plans to return to Allure in about 2 months.
I hope she enjoys her time off as she is not only a co-worker but a great friend.

Can you tell us alittle bit about your new girls (Meagen,Stephnie,ivy) ?

 

[MEEEEEEEEE]

Ivy is new to the business. She's biracial with a caramel complection. Very pretty with a J'Lo built. She used to dance so she knows what men like.

Megan is polish 5'4 and blonde. She has a great petite natural built. Slender and toned.

Stephanie is a European brunette. She's about 5'6 with a slight accent. Very friendly. Came to us Via Club Two Mountains.

We're working hard to keep our pictures updated, but with all the new staff it may take some time. We like to know that they will be a good fit before we post pictures of them.
Feel free to walk in at any time and meet the girls with no obligation to stay. I can assure you that all the ladies are of Allure standards.

I get the feeling that ever since Debbie left, Allure has never quite been the same. Perhaps there are some management issues now that she is gone. Many of the top MP's at Allure seem to be frustrated now that Debbie has left.

Saw Kyla this afternoonn (review coming) and she gave a different impression. She said this was the best spa she's worked at and that all the girls got along.

How did you come to this conclusion? If the top MPA's @Allure were frustrated, it would most definitely reflect in their service. I've been going there for a while now, and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have talked to some of the MPA's about how they like working there, and they have said the management is great. Even when I experienced medicore sessions, it was not because the MPA was bitchy or had attitude problems, but it was due to the fact that she lacked the skills. Maybe the MPA's @Allure are really good at hiding their frustration. Other than that, most of the girls there are very attractive, if they had problems, they could just leave and which MP would not wanna hire girls from one of the best spas around.

Nice. Saw her talking with a another attendant at the lounge area. Vanessa who I've seen at Steeles as Nicole Kidman. lol

Some people are resistant to change. That goes for any business. Our staff in no exception. We have a formula that has worked for us for over 10 years and would never tamper with that. However, Melissa is not Debbie and she has a different way of doing things. People have to remember that before Debbie there was Melissa and is the one responsable for first putting Allure on the map as one of the top spas in G.T.A.. And props to Debbie for maintaining that reputation during her time.
I love my sister Debbie but she herself will admit that she is a pushover. Who wouldn't like to work for a pushover.

I try not to comment often on negative comments regarding Allure but I do take some offence when people insinuate that we are not treating our staff well. Nobody cares more about their girls then the management at Allure. Melissa, Debbie and myself have all worked at MPAs ourselves. We know the stresses of the business.

Have a good break Ashley. Well earned. I just wish I had known on Monday that you were taking a break when we talked in the hall after my session with Kyla. I just might of stayed for a second session. ;-)
