I was going to send this to you via PM, however it would not fit on one PM.
I just want you to know, from the time you posted your review about the poor service at my spa, alot of action has been taken place. I know you don't know me and the bestway for you to get my attention is through massageplanet.net
after all SRM was built by massageplanet.net, FOR massageplanet.net ;-)...What I mean by that is when I bought SRM I went on massageplanet.net for advice on "EVERYTHING" I've always listened and put the massageplanet.net members first.
This is why on our anniversary parties, I always close my spa and invite ALL massageplanet.net members.
I did some research and head banging and this is what I came up with:
1. I found a system that records the time the door is shut; this will be on display at the front desk for the receptionist to see. There for there will be no
"ripping of the client for time" I encourage you to bring any short timing to the receptions attention so she can check it and give you a refund for your lost time before you leave.
2. I got stricter with the ladies showing up for their shift
It will be in full effect starting this Monday July 17.I gave them a week trial to get their timings and priorities in order. We may have a few girls less on shift next week as a result of this.
If you make an appointment with any of the ladies, you may call half an hour before their shift to confirm or look on the schedule page of our website, cause if they are late, they will be removed immediately. This will prevent any lost travel time on your side.
