Bashing of Blue Pearl?

"Wow".... I've been out of action for more than six months and finally got to see my regular @ BP, Angel. I usually see her every week but been very busy. Once again I had a awesome time with her. She still has the magic touch. Whats with the bashing? I've been reading about complaints about BP. The carpets in the rooms are going to be change and I believe the shower heads as well. It takes awhile to do renovations and I know how it is. I work in sales in the mall and we've been harpin on renovation for our store for more than 4 years now, and it's finally done. It doesn't take 2 or 3 days to fix the shower heads and carpets. So just be patient. Specially if they are going to do all the rooms. For those that complain about the girls and prices that all about hit or miss. Anyhow TMO.

Perhaps not, but he certainly has Sal's ear .... and the points raised are still valid. BP used to be in the top tier of spas, but the service level and management has always been its downfall.

Your right. We've been patient for the last 4 fricken years, whats another 4 years picking out shower heads and nozzles. I guess this take considerable time and the thought process is compared too which stocks to buy!!!

Buddy you make me laugh!!! Those carpets have to be replaced because know one ever took the time to clean them. All it would take is someone to go with a vacuum just once a week to pick up the filth, grime and dust that has been accumlating. Sal, Jesus F'n Christ man, what kinda WOP are you? Ever heard of a steam cleaner? Maybe once every 6 months do all the rooms? Maybe ask your girls to clean once a while??

But I guess I'm asking too much. It's not like BP is close to anything like Home Depot or Cosco, where they can go in quickly in and do some shopping to maintain things. Naaaaaw!!!

By the way, I had saw Angel. Beautiful girl, but the session was too mechanical. OK finish. I was in and out in a matter of 15 min.

Actually......It does only take 2-3 days to fix the shower heads and carpets.

Most spas that do renovations just close down for 2-3 days (usually a weekend and usually at holiday time). They hire the plumbers, drywall and tile guys and the carpet guys and their in and out in 2-3 days.

Just pick out the carpet and fistures your want early and develop a gameplan with the guys doing the work at off hours. Then close down over a weekend and let them at it.

There's no excuses for not doing any renovations for 4 years. BP used to the be the spa with the best facilities in the city but no longer.

As for the attitudes and pricing well then you need to get rid of the owner, managers and problem attendants.

BP still has so much potential but it's going to waste.

You haven't done enough reading and searching if you think it is all about carpets and shower heads. THE SERVICE AND THE ATTITUDE SUCKS! Have a look at my last review (and I do mean last for this place).

I love MP's but I stay away from Blue Pearl - and I'm the guy who really likes Alpha Care. Does that say alot about Blue Pearl.

When MPAs who have worked there have nothing good to say about a spa it is not a good sign. My own experience a few years ago was high prices and inconsistent service. Something is wrong and it isn't the shower heads (I do like the sinks however).

The most recent comment I've heard MPAs say about the place is that it has too much partying going on. Given that the person who said this is clearly into some pretty heavy partying herself, this was quite a statement.

Not only the carpet is dirty, the shower don;t work, not enough warm water, the towels are wore and look more like floor mops, no soup and what is there look more like dish washer detergent.

If Paris wasn;t working there, I would not go near BP at all.
