Best 10 and Worst 10

I was thinking wouldn't it be a good idea if we all put our collective minds together and established a quick list of MPs. We could list 10 that have consistently received good reviews, and 10 that consistently get bad ones. We(well Fred or another admin) could put it as a stick post. This would cut down on people putting posts asking for info on places that have been reviewed 100 times. This seems reasonable to me because I always see posts where people claim not to find anything after searches. I know, the searches do I work, at least they have for me, but some people don't seem able, or willing to get them to work. So what do you think guys.
