BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. -
An employee at Bonita Springs spa was arrested Monday after a months-long investigation alleges he sexually assaulted a customer while giving her a massage.

According to the arrest warrant, Marc DeTomaso, 54, moved the victim's underwear and inserted his tongue inside her vagina. The victim immediately left the room and told employees at Massage Luxe to call the police.

DeTomaso supposedly left the business despite being instructed by the owner to stay until authorities arrived.

The incident happened February 5.

Surveillance video from the business, located on Bonita Beach Road, shows the victim frantic as she enters the lobby after leaving the massage room. She looks at the employees before leaving. She went to her car and waited for a friend to arrive. That friend then tells the employees to call 911.

There are no cameras in the private room.

The victim also told law enforcement she was a regular customer of DeTomaso.

DeTomaso faces one count of sexual battery. He is out on a $25,000 bond.

NBC2 reached out to DeTomaso and his attorneys but they refused to comment.
