might i provide a little suggestion to the le ... perhaps some of the time, energy and resources that went into the bp bust could be re-directed to a more pressing cause ... maybe t.o.'s finest might want to investigate the escalating number of unresolved homicides and shootings in the city .... ?

Maybe it wasn't a bust but Metro's finest interviewing the attendents as possible suspects in the 4 murders over the weekend. This may be to prove they do not engage in racial profiling. The killers may have been indeed 5'0 asian women. Next, LE will be at Bathurst and Lawrence interviewing Orthodox Jewish women.

what i am trying to suggest is that there are REAL crimes being commited in the city that require attention ...

perhaps a little less vice cops and a few more officers in the major crime unit.

as far as i concerned, bp ran a legitimate business. they treated both their staff and clientele fairly. they pay taxes and exorbitant licensing fees. and yet they seem be continually targetted by moralistic le ...

where is the justice? how can one establishment take this fight on .. given the resource of the le ... ?

This area of the city is policed by a particular division. They are known to be tough on sex related business. BP raised a few eyebrows when they opened for this reason.

But it's rather like when Americans look at the FBI; as soon as 9/11 occurred, there was the assumption that they should drop everything else, effectively to pretend as if the only crime in the country was terrorism.

Reality is that once a team gets trained to deal with (say) vice or gang crime or other sorts of "specialties" that it's going to take quite a bit of work to get them into the right mindset for antiterrorism work.

It doesn't make sense to cancel the vice squad as soon as there seems to be a gang problem, or vice-versa. That would actually be very irresponsible, as we'd see a constant flip-flopping of different sorts of crime suddenly getting either hammered on or totally ignored.

It's not a wonderful thing for lots of people to get arrested in the MP trade; in the case of the Asian spa that recently attracted the huge long discussion thread (vis-a-vis "full service" slate of extras), public safety may ultimately dictate some arrests, as it is pretty clear that what's going on there is very risky, health-wise. It might be better for people to voluntarily "step back from the abyss," but I doubt that will be the case.

So I'm assuming that B&S and AC were also busted since nobody has come on to deny it. Earlier threads were removed, and Sande has been reading the posts, but has not said that it didn't happen.
My question is that these places are licenced, so whats happening? Did a undercover come in for services and asked for extra from a mpa, and afterwards charged the business?
Or they just raided the place, found a guy lying there with a hard-on and arrested?
Are customers charged? Unfortunatally removing threads or trying to hide it dosen''t help.
A fellow posted that he went Monday to B&S, did he hear anything about the bust? Or we should believe that everything is ok....
I'm not going nowhere....BP's division or any division, until I hear more.

Just called B&S and AC; both are open. Not sure if there are any differences in their operations. B&S receptionist was the regular, however a female answered at AC, not the usual.

There was a recorded announcement at BP saying they will be open for Halloween. Scary isn't it?

I'm informed by BP that all will be back to normal on Halloween Night. They are closed for now (the lull after the storm) getting ready for Thursday night. All the girls will be in costumes and the spa fully decorated for Halloween!
