Are you sure that the arestees came from inside the AMP. Or is it possible that someone was stopped for a traffic stop, pulled over into the parking lot, or onto the side of the road, etc. Police ran warrant, and then had them pull into a nearby parking lot to get the car off the street while the took them into custody, etc.?
