I spent a few nights in the Qingdao Shangri-La last week, they have a bar on 1st floor, right hand side of the reception.
There is usually a Philippine Live Band playing.
Just approach one of the girls sitting so lonely at the bar....
(or let them approach you which they also do)
I've seen prices range between 600RM and 2000RMB, depending on your negotation skills and girl.

Hi. I went to luoyang, kaifen, etc etc in Zheng Zhou province for holiday. Apparently all these places are full of beautiful girls. Most 3 stars hotel have massage services. All of them I tried come with special services. Cost range from RMB298 to 400. I was stunt that it was so cheap compared to Shanghai. I even had two per day. Girls ranged from 6/10 to 10/10. At Kaifen, I turned down three times before managed to get a 8/10 for RMB388. SHe was fantastic, very wet and moan a lot when I fucked her hard. Man.. these PRC really know how to fuck.
