Feeling as out of sorts as I do at the moment, I have revisited my workbook for my Indian Head Massage course and have been looking at my chakras. Upon working them I have discovered that I am wide open, and that closing them has made me feel a lot less tense.
I have also rediscovered the Rainbow Breath which is fantastic, so I am sharing it with you all
~ Stand with your feet a shoulder width apart with your arms held loosely at your sides.
~ Do 3 full breaths. Let your shoulders drop and relax your body. On the out breath let go of any worries and anxieties. Send the message to your body that this is a treat for the whole system.
~ Now visualise that you can enclose yourself with seven spheres of coloured light.
~ Breathe in slowly and deeply. As you do so, see red light rising behind your heels, moving up your legs and back and up to the top of your head.
~ On the out breath see the red light moving over the front of your body until it is under your feet. You are now enclosed in a sphere or red light.
~ Breathe up orange light and surround your sphere with it in the same way, making sure that it totally encloses the red sphere and creates an orange sphere outside it.
~ Breathe up yellow light and surround the orange sphere.
~ Breathe up green light and surround the yellow sphere.
~ Breathe up blue light and surround the green sphere.
~ Breathe up indigo light and surround the blue sphere.
~ Breathe up violet light and surround the indigo sphere.
You are now totally enclosed in a wonderful rainbow of light. This helps clear and balance the aura.
