Um, its not only the evening, ive seen a people in the late afternoon. Just when you get there you gotta stay for a bit so that when someone comes in they stay, cause if you all just go, see no one and leave, you could just be missing eachother. As for late night, ive worked a few late nights and always had someone to chat with inbetween clients.
