So I work in a call center where we have the a chat via our Cisco Agent software. Last week a friend of mine and I were talking kind of nasty about a rude co-worker, never thinking twice about it. Then we realized that for all we know there could be some database that has a thread of all of our chats. Does anyone know if Cisco has a capability where our supervisors may be able to go back and read chats from last week?
