The Bonnyville massage therapist charged with sexual assault, Jason Traxler, adjourned his matters to Nov. 5.
Acting duty counsel Jana Fleming spoke on behalf of Traxler’s lawyer in Bonnyville Provincial Court on Tuesday, Oct. 1, requesting one month be given to review the disclosure against the 49-year-old Bonnyville man.
Bonnyville RCMP charged Traxler with two counts of sexual assault after two women alleged they attended a Bonnyville business for a massage. The victims claim at the time of their sessions, Traxler touched them inappropriately.
The Massage Therapist Association of Alberta has suspended his membership as a result of these allegations.
His next court appearance is Nov. 5 at the Bonnyville Provincial Courthouse.
