CTV Massage report

I've been a long time lurker but the CTV report last night, which will have part 2 tonight, was shocking. 200 massage studios offeing sex is the gros summurization, ok, jounalistic BS of course, but I was watching with my 19 year old daughter.......shit, what happened to rub and tug, happy endings and all that simple stuff? Also, the Police and other agencies are now going to be forced to do more than token busts.......which are few and far between. CTV report depicts gangs, drugs and minors all being major players in what is to be considered as the equivelent to organized prostitution now off the streets. Personally, I love a good massage and an adventure, I don' care if I get blue balls or chaffed dick, just like to go for the adventure, do not like shopping lists, options or menus..... and not because I won't leave $100.00 tip, just want it to be a tip and not a service. However, on the wake of this report, exagerated or not, the impression of the massage buisness is now put into a completely different light.....the local massage place is now a whore house. I'm getting out the baby oil!

The main information source for that report is Diane Matte, a spokeswoman for a radical anti-prostitution Montréal group la CLES, financed by Condition féminine Canada. Thee report is clearly unbalanced, showing one reality of the massage parlor industry: gangs, organized crime, minors and forced or quasi forced labour. This reality exists and will continue to exist because the industry is totally unable to regulate itself. Numbers presented are anecdotic like in most of the media reports on the sex industry in Montreal.

About your question: has this become a "whore house" industry? Some members know much better then me what is the proportion of massage parlours in Montreal that offer full service. I know for a fact that it is still a small proportion in Québec City. IMHO, however, it is obvious that the trend is increasing and that it will continue to increase. Stopping the trend would be extremely costly in LE expenditures. The SPVM has chosen to focus on the issues related to gangs, minors and drug and I am quite sure they are doing a very good job. That's what's needed.

Just saw part 2 of their report called "Dirty Little Secret" and i couldn't help but just shake my head...

I have been getting massages with happy endings for the past 15 years and i have NEVER seen what they talk about...

There were times, before getting married, where i would go once or twice a week! Am i just extremely lucky?

I am not into young girls as i prefer someone who is more experienced and you usually get a better massage with someone over 30 but i am extremely skeptical about the numbers thrown into this report... 2-3 new underage girls a week in the Monteregie alone???

Obviously i think it's wrong if there are ANY underage girls or girls forced into doing this but i seriously questions all the stats they came up with...

I personally know at least 10-12 guys who get massages regularly and i have only heard ONCE from one guy where he thought the girl may have been young and he got out of there...

Mafia or gang related business, for some quite obvious but not all of them. This field is neither white or black but rather sits in the grey scale because its all about keeping the money under the radar.
Minor, possible if it is what your lookink for, but in more than 15 years of hobby I've never seen one of them!
