That works for me. Its an old trick. Not to many will do it though. At least not in my experience. You could always flog the monkey yourself a bit while the MPA does something else that amuses you. Then when you are closer get her to take over. I have had that happen to me before too. Only once the I ever encounter an MPA who didn't mind. She was Oriental too! The prostate thing definitely works. The first MPA that did it for was having a little problem getting me to finish.
