Disappointed With Legends

After seeing her pictures and reading her reviews, I decided that I wanted to see Karma. Thinking that making an appointment would be the best way to make sure I could see her, that's what I did. I phoned Wednesday evening to make an appointment for 11am today. They told me that she didn't start until 1130, and asked if that would work. I said sure and that was that. When I went to Legends today, I was told that no appointment had been made and Karma didn't even start until 1245. WTF? When I made the appointment, the girl confirmed the appointment before she hung up with me. I don't understand how a mixup like that happens. In any case, we'll see if my desire to see Karma overcomes my disdain for Legends. I've read how Legends is not what it used to be, and although I'm a rookie pooner and have no idea what it "used to be", I'm not happy with what it is now.

There were a number of posts on the other board on this episode. All saying how much of a good time you missed and then how 'these things happen'.

I'm sorry BUT

This is a service business and the service starts with the appt being made accurately. Imagine how happy you would be with a restaurant if they 'made a mistake' and you had an important client planned?

I believe the studios need to place as much emphasis on this aspect of their business as they do on the T & A.

This kind of stuff (botched appointments/double bookings) has been happening for years and it never seems to go away. Fantasy was probably the worst at this. One time I had an appointment with Ariel and there were two other guys in the waiting room waiting for her, with the same freakin time as me! Another time I booked an appointment only to show up and told that she wasn't coming in. WTF!!

I know a lot of this stuff has to do with SPs taking appointments for the other girls and screwing them up on purpose (sabotaging the competition) but I don't see why this should be happening with the studios who have receptionists looking after things. Isn't trying to avoid these problems, one of the reasons they are hired in the first place?

Perhaps it's because they (receptionists) are jealous? Maybe they need to hire male receptionists?

I've had a couple instances like the one described at Penthouse in Edmonton. In fact, once the "receiptionist" tried to dissuade me from booking an appointment with another girl and go with her instead! Maybe guys or non-working girls are a good idea . . .

The reality is it shows that it takes more to run one of these as a
business than just a person answering the phone.

I left Legends, unfucked for the first time ever yesterday, and while
it was my own fault for not phoning ahead, the stories above do
ring true. When Legends first opened I booked my first weekend
there with 3 bookings, two weeks ahead, with one email. Now the
last two trips, I don't even bother, as I've had two trips where I
send emails, and I don't even get a response to my email.
(IMHO don't put the email on your site if you don't answer it)

Bottom Line is Alyson, and Sineh, ROCKED when Legends opened,
because these two business savy girls know what the others don't
seem to get. Customer Service starts BEFORE the customer even
walks in the door, and that a little organization goes a long way!
All of which ends up with you having much happier and REPEAT customers.

Having said that I'll continue to go to Legends as one of my
Etown stops as they still have a bevy of fantastic providers.
