EAGAN, MINNESOTA - A massage therapist in Eagan is facing another charge of criminal sexual conduct after a new victim came forward, Dakota County Attorney Kathy Keena announced this morning.
Johnny Le, 32, of Richfield, who operated a massage studio in Eagan, has been charged with an additional count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (actor in a prohibited occupational relationship). This brings the total number of charges against Le to five. The Dakota County Attorneyโs Office has previously filed charges against him, including one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (prohibited occupational relationship), three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, and one count of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct (nonconsensual sexual contact).
According to the criminal complaint, the latest victim contacted the Eagan Police Department after seeing news coverage of the prior charges against Le. The victim reported that she was assaulted during a massage at Leโs studio in November 2023.

Le remains in custody at the Dakota County Jail with a bond set at $150,000 without conditions and $75,000 with conditiosn. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 1 at 1:30 p.m. in Hastings.
