Johnny Le, 32, of Richfield, is charged in three separate incidents after victims say they were inappropriately touched during their massage.
EAGAN, Minn. — A massage therapist in Eagan is charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct after multiple women reported inappropriate touching while receiving a massage.
Johnny Le, 32, of Richfield, is charged in three separate incidents, most recently on March 3, 2025 when the Dakota County Attorney charged him with third-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection to an incident on Dec. 30, 2024. Le is also charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection to an incident on Feb. 11, 2025, and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct following an incident on May 4, 2024.
In the most recent charges, prosecutors say the Eagan Police Department received a report of sexual abuse on Dec. 20, 2024 that occurred at Le's business on Nicols Road in Eagan. The victim told police that the incident occurred during the massage. The two other victims also reported sexual misconduct during their massages, and feeling uncomfortable.
According to court documents, Le apologized and offered refunds to two of the victims.
