Good massage for couples

My wife is offering me a hot massage for my birthday.

(Note to those trying hard to hide their hobby activities from their wife: life is short, get an open-minded woman and enjoy life! )

Ideally we'd like the two of us to go somewhere where:

If possible:
-Both of us receive massages in the same room.
-one table each, one MP each (2 MPs total).
-with thai and happy ending options for each of us.
-I realize that simultaneous massages may be difficult to find so, we may settle for separate massages.
-Either way my wife definitely wants a good massage with erotic options too.

Look is important but not at the expense of massage quality. We'd much prefer average-looking skilled masseuse to top-models with bad attitude.

To give you an idea where we are in our quest for the cool b'day massage:
I contacted Kama (read such rave reviews about Kim!), but they cannot have us simultaneously in the same room. This is probably still our best option nonetheless if it turns out impossible to get the simultaneous couple experience anywhere else.
