Guest vs. member?

I see a huge amount of "Unregistered guest" posts on this board.
There are some threads where heated exchange of words between some members and "unregistered guest", seems very unfair for these members.
To me only registered members should be able to post.
Otherwise gutless cowards just hide behind "unregistered guest" cover to blast any members they want.

Allowing "unregistered guest" posts is not the main problem. In fact I was unregistered myself for a few months before I finally registered ( I got tired of proving myself human).

The problem is the Abusing and Cyberbullying posts of a limited few, especially towards registered users. I am not sure how the ADMIN seems to support unregistered users rather than those that take the time to register and follow the rule.

The Canadian - Toronto threads are nothing but daily cyberbullying. There should be someway to block these users by their IP or MAC address. This would greatly improve this site.

How can ADMIN think the results of the Guest vs Unregisterd poll is fair when according to stats "There are currently 785 users online. 149 members and 636 guests, with 71 spiders"

Thats 1:4 ratio. Totally unfair.

Does your forum software allow for members to still show up as they do currently but have unregistered user's posts show as unregistered at ip like some forum software does? This would still give some benefit to registering at all; while also allowing the showing of these multiple unregistered posts going back and forth as being from the same individual more readily.

Also, reporting posts seems to be broken and constantly gives a "You are not allowed to post links." error.
