Has anyone has success finding a MPA through CL?

I've tried thrice.

First time was with a girl that advertised once on CL as an independant and was looking for a few additional clients.
I emailed her and received a reply. I replied back to her in a few days and didn't hear from her for about 2-3 weeks.
She finally wrote back about 2 weeks later, apologizing for the delay, and mentioning that she's been busy, but will get back to me in the next week.

That was a month ago.
Go figure?

Another girl, that advertised also once, was offering indie massage around Jane & Dundas, but after about a dozen emails back and forth, asked me to text her to set something up (wouldn't give me a number to call).
