have u ever gone thru the classifieds and rock up to WL's place and find out tat she's not tat great looking or tat shes much older than she really said she was..
i'm just curious if this has happen to any of u guys?

Prepare an exit strategy before, or go for a half hour to check it out first. Or just be honest and tell her she was not what you expected. It is still your money.

The thing about this is. I recomend that you only stick to these sites. As you know in advance what you are getting. I'll tell a little story. I picked up a working girl in the cab once to take her to a booking. She got me to wait in the motel car park to make sure the guy was there. She came back 5 mins latter somwhat pissed off, as the guy didn't want to see her. She told me that if her driver had been in town, she would have sent him back to the room to get the money of the guy who didn't want to see her. Now the thing is for me it's not an isue, if somthing like that happened to me. As I would have them both charged with demanding money with menace. But i'm unmarried and in a crap job that I don't have to worry about being publicly humiliated. But if your married and a public figure. That's probably not an option for you. So like I said I would just look at sites like these or go to a brothel.

Cancellation Fee

I called a WL and was told a shpeil over the phone that was not true when she turned up at my house.
I told her straight away I changed my mind only to have her tell me there was a $50 cancellation fee.
I didn't want to argue, as was said earlier, didn't want to make an issue of it.
So best to ask these things on the phone first if you have not seen them first.

Just a thought

If a student showed up at my place, noticed I didn't have a grand piano, and told me they'd changed their mind I would still charge them for the lesson. They are paying for my time not just my piano. :anon:

This all depends on whether you advertised piano or grand piano lessons and did the student ask specifically for a grand one or a standup one.

It's the difference between a piano and a violin, do you want a hand massage or just a fiddle.

Some people don't ask and just "assume" a grand piano... some people hope for the best and are reluctant to try an upright. Even though it's the most beautiful piano I've played... but of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder. :anon:

Back to the subject.

I would guess that in most cases, the lady is not exactly the same as advertised whether the ad be in the classifieds, private, parlour, web etc.
Age is probably the first exaggeration then dress size, looks etc.

If a lady turned up to my door and was absolutely not to my liking to the point of cancellation, I would probably honour a $50 cancellation fee to cover the lady's travel time & costs.

Bear in mind I did state 'in most cases' so therefore there are truthful gems out there to behold.

Gotta agree with you on this one. I suppose some guys get hung up on looks, but I'm more into how the situation feels, and how I get along with the lady. She could be a Playboy Bunny, but if she has a personality of a cold fish, or if she doesn't respond to me (lets face it, I'm not likely to grace the cover of GQ anytime soon), then I probably would not be able to get it up.

I'm pretty new to this 'scene', can count on one hand the number of ladies and number of times I have seen said ladies, but in my limited experience, when I think back to the fun times, its not the so called stunners that bring a smile to my lips when I am wandering around the shops with a silly grin on my face.

i had bad experience......this classified add caught my attention and decided to see this lady....... i kinda pictured her not to be too good looking so as not to get my hopes up........ but when i saw her she was no where near as being 20 years old... more like 40.... with lots of make-up....there was no way i could have perpared my self for tat........it was one of those awkard situations tat i rather forget......

Kinda learnt my lesson....... always read the ad for any lame desription ...

tell Reviewom the voice. if you can't picture the face...and i wouldn't suggest you ot do so. if you see the lady and she's not what you pictured..(it happens a lot), well you just have a think, see if you could take this or not. If not, just say "thank you but i gotta go and quickly run off...LOL"

somehow I think the lady would appreciate you when you do this rather than having a bad time spending your money and then have a bad mood and bad impression on the ladies...?

well, at least the lady gets another 30-60 minutes break before her next clients =)

For me it is rather simple. If I order a steak medium rare I expect a steak medium rare. If the product does meet the description then why accept it or offer to pay a part of the price as compensation. Compensation for what...deceit? It has happened to me, I have even had the driver turn up to demand money, it is amazing how effective hotel security is...oh and by the way hotel security is well aware of the extra curricula activites of their guests and work to protect them.
