I worked at Garden of Eden.. ( www.gardenofedenspa.net) located in Hamilton and Hands from heaven.. (www.handsfromheaven.ca) Located in Vaughan... They are both full licenced places. I want a place that is licenced ..i'm not sure if montreal has licences or not?!?! any information would be great, Valerie

Most places have a license but it means little.
read the different postings for the different places.

Depends on what you are willing to do and how you see yourself.

Most of us writing here like a massage that gives extra services; for this its better to read various posts.

extras vary from giving a hand job up to discarding some or all of your clothe and up to a complete encounter.
But you are not expected to do this; however some massage place are more liberal than others.

I just visited the 2 web sites of the places you worked at. Some eforum.xxxites will provide here, I am sure a list of similar classy places.

Best is to read up on this board and you will get a better feeling for what you might want.

Montreal is a great place and you can do and be what you want.
Its multicultural and their is lots to do.

Best also to find a temporary place to stay and get a feel for the area you like.

The style of massage parlour differs greatly when comparing Montreal to Toronto; prices and services are more streamlined and less YMMV than the norm in Montreal. The large Toronto spas appear to be centered around the industrial parks and the airport, where the Monntreal rub'n'Tugs are urban.
Isis Studio is the only Montreal studio that has the high class marketing strategy/services/pricing that is omnipresent on the Toronto circuit. It is mostly staffed by eatern europeans though. There's also Kama, but like Isis are situated in the bowels of Montreal's eastern downtown core.The rest is a wonderful smorgasborg of experimenting!!

Hi Valerie and welcome to Montreal.
I agree to a certain extent with Alfie.
the montreal massage market is mainly controlled by russians and chinese.
but there are alot of places all over the city that offer hj, nude , body slide etc.
depends also on where you move to,
but the massage parlor scene is not as organized nor as pricey as in toronto.
There is also a big market here for independant massage, depending on your situation it may be profitable to rent an appartment in a less expensive suburb and give massages there.

I agree with sparticus, I have an office in Toronto and I've gotten quite a few massages there, it is very different than Montreal. If you are looking to work in a parlor similar to those in TO, I would suggest going to a place like Spa isis, the others in my opinion do not compete AT ALL to Toronto. Good luck.

I want to say thank-you to everyone for there great suggestions. I will check out the spa's that you guys have suggested. At Oui, je parle une peu du francais, J'ai habite en montréal pour six mois pendant l'ete. Montreal is a beautiful city and i'm sure i will enjoy living there again. As most people suggested here I would say Spa Isis is about the only one that come close to the class of Toronto's Spas. I have visited once the Hands From Heaven last summer. I took an hour session with Giselle and she was WOW ..... Unfortunately the only place in Montreal which has fine ladies and class is Spa Isis. They used to have East European girls but now they have more Canadian, Spanish and other nationalities. Remind you that the tips here in Montreal are much lower in Toronto. Hence you have to bring your expectation lower in Montreal.

Specially roads in Montreal are "great". You can compare them with roads you see in Western movies.
Be careful not to fall into pathholes when driving Valerie!
