How can I help my brother to stop chatting on facebook and help stop him

to waste time? My brother has facebook for 4 and a half yr. Our dad put me and my brother in Hifz class and Alhumdulillah I have completed and we started at the same time, I have completed half a yr ago and he is still not down. Can you people tell me tips about making him stop chatting and wasting his time? I also told him about 10 times and my parents also told him about 10 times too
he just doesn't get it and doesn't listen
what can i do?

@Andrew:I cannot unplug the internet since my older brother which is starting college next year needs internet and my dad works. he doesnt have a computer he uses my brothers computer or my dads laptop.i cannot block facebook on the computer since my mom and dad have facebook and how can i delete his facebook account?
