How do MP's recruit(or steal) popular MPA's from other MP's?

Just wondering what recruitment techniques MP's use to lure away popular MPA's from othe MP's. For the male owners, do you do scouting missions in which you actually get a massage from the MPA (Test Run) then ask her if she would be interested in joining their spa? Or do you make an appointment for a massage but only ask her if she is interested without going thru with the massage? For the lady owners of MP's, do you send out male friends or employees to do scouting and recruiting missions?

DFK, I think you might be assuming too much.

More often than not, girls switch on their own. The upper tier spas do not have to "recruit", they have a waiting list of girls who want to work there. But sometimes girls leave those spas simply because of scheduling, clientele, management, bylaw problems, or other factors.

But I am sure that it happens frequently amongst the lower tier spas. Girls rotate and change frequently, just as with escort agencies.

I highly regarded MP owner tried to recruit a popular Brampton MPA to switch to his MP according to the MPA I spoke with. He booked a session but didn't ask for a massage...only interviewed her and tried to convince her to switch.

Some owners do it themselves, some of them send their managers. Yet others ask their ladies to "chat" it up...

Several MPA's were recruited from strip clubs, incall locations and of course some sp's themselves work in MP's.

Other times, its clientel that tells the ladies that this other mp is really good and that they should check it out. I've had a number of mpa's ask me over the years what places are "busy" or who is the best to work for....I always tried to point them in the direction of the licensed or upscale MP's.

Mmmmmm, I don't think you're getting names, but the adult entertainment biz is VERY competitive and the level of raiding waxes and wanes depending on who the players are at any given time and whether they've done "No raid" deals with one another. (Incessant mutual raiding can get "inconvenient", don't ya know.)

But yes, appointments are booked and depending on who you talk to sex does or doesn't take place. A real hot "up and comer" at a low-rent spa is likely to be targetted by an upscale spa the way major league scouts tour the bush leagues searching for talent.

Why would he should be the question? I highly doubt that Paul needs to resort to those type of tactics.

I understand it is done, but when you are already on top, people come to you, you don't have to go to them, and from where Paul is standing, the air is quite thin, he is that high up.

Even if someone practiced proactive recruiting I don't see why you see this as a negative Lickrus . As an owner I would think that success lies with controlling the facilities , reasonable pricing and customer service . One of the keys to the latter is having great staff . Nobody is forcing anyone to change MP so what exactly is wrong here ? Nothing IMHO .

Paul at IT referred Stacy and Sarah to SRM ,the girls weren't as busy here as they were at HFH so they left -both were very nice girls.
Paul helped me a lot when I started in this business, and I'm glad he was there to help.
