How in the hell do I start an online Bank of America chat?!?

Ok, I sign into Bank of America. What the hell do I press on to start a chat? Even when I type in the keywords "chat" in the "search" bar, it brings up help topics refering to that. Then I press on the help topics and it doesn't tell me what I need to do. It just says that chatting is available through online banking. DUGHH! I'm trying to figure out what I need to press on to get there. I've chatted before and have no memory of how I got there. Please, if anyone knows this, I defenetly need to know asap. Yeah, I could contact customer service I know instead, but I prefer to go through the chatting service.
