Hi all
I was just wondering as fellow MT's how often would you say that you feel discomfort or soreness in parts or all of your body as a result of your work???? Never, often, daily etc?
At the moment I've had a few big weeks so I'm feeling a bit sore by the weekend.
Even though I use an electric lift table I was getting constant pain in my left lower back & left shoulder. So, I made two small wedge blocks from wood (3inch wide x 4 inch long) & put them either side of my table on the floor & I rest the foot that is closest to the head of the table on it (if that makes sense). I spend most of the time on the left side of the table so it has made a big difference to my shoulder etc & as the blocks are light I just kick them around to where I need them. Probably sounds strange but it works for me I also stretch twice daily now.
Hope you guys are relatively pain free.
Cheers
