I had my own MP and didn't even know it !

About 8 years ago, I bought a piece of property. I was signing the paperwork for the land and the old lady (seller) spoke up and informed me the house on the side of the property had a new roof. "New Roof" , crap, I didn't even know there was a house. I was happy with just the land for the price I was paying.

Anyway , since I was now the owner of a fine 3 bedroom house "with a new roof", I decided to rent it out. A nice middle aged Colombian couple came by and had the cash so I rented it.

That was easy, I thought. Until about 6 months later a buddy tells me one of his Mexican workers asked to be let out of the work truck in front of my rental house. They were using my little rental house for a full blown MP. :shock:

I didn't want any trouble or confusion with the police, IRS , immigration or anyone else so I kicked them out immediately .

I later heard the price was 40 dollars for a half hour. And when they left , all the rooms in the house were painted different bright colors.

Isn't this another way of saying that MPs are OK "but not in MY neighborhood". haha
