The relatively recent opening of this parlor on Avenue du Parc “managed by the original team from F****e” intrigued me. I noted the number from JDM and decided to call early one morning. The woman on the phone was friendly and she tells me that I could pick from the girls that will be presented to me. So I drove to 5660 Avenue du Parc. At first I was not sure of the location since the sign outside is Madeja. But I figured, Il’lumine is a re-opening so probably the previous name was Madeja and the sign will be change soon. Anyhow.

Found parking close by, put a toonie in the meter and walked to the salon, which front is on first floor. The door was not locked, and no doorbell to ring. The reception area is vast and there is a “barber shop” section. I recognize the receptionist from the place mentioned in the ad. We talk a bit, I pay my entrance fee at par with other places. The receptionist brings me to a waiting room.
