In the first day of classes in grade 9 do you need to introduce yourself to everyone?

and if so? how do you introduce yourself infront of everyone?
We have Different teachers instead of only one........

It depends on your school, and your teachers.
Normally, yes, you'll have to stand up and tell everyone "Hi, I am <NAME>, I am X years old and I enjoy <A HOBBY>".
Then you blush and sit down.

Actually it depend on the teacher. Some ask everybody to say their name. Some writes down things like, *name *class *favorite subject *last school they came from...*** etc... and you write it down on a piece of paper; sometimes they have your neighbor read it.

Some teacher don't even care. Though some ask you to come up to the front of the class and introduce yourself. Normally your name and what's your interest & last school.

Gosh, I hated this in high school.


Normally when the teacher doesn't give me a specific direction, I was introduce by saying; Hi my name is ______ and I'm a (class) I hate school and I hope I can graduate as soon as possible. Okay thank you for listening.

I don't know how large your school is, but once you go into high school, you have periods instead of one class one teacher, and normally you don't have time to introduce everyone.

Depends on the teacher, amount of students in your class, ect.

Introduce yourself however you wish.

Most of the time ( I am headed into junior year) the teacher has you say your name and play some dummb game or name facts or somethig you did over break...

So like, My name is Mary. I went on a cruise over the summer.

i just finished ninth grade and on the first day of school i didn't have to introduce myself at all
pretty much the teachers took attendance and that was that
they basically believe all of the kids already know each other
although i'm not sure if you have multiple middle schools in your district
we only have one middle school so all of the kids had already been in classes together.

the only "introducing" i had to do was in history
but that was just like we had to make a collage of pictures and talk about why we chose them


there's high schools where you only have one teacher?
