my inq chat 3g phone was recently dropped in the toilet (haha, funny, i know)
so, i took it apart and put it in rice for a few days.
i put it all together and turned it on. it works but, it says i have to insert my SIM card.
i double checked, and my SIM card is in.
how do i fix this?
