You know it's not your day when you check the IT schedule on Monday, and pick Tuesday night to see the best damn MPA in the GTO - Alexis. On Tuesday morning, you call IT to set an appointment for 7pm. You get out of work early, go home and clean up, drive from the Durham Region all the way to IT (arriving a tidy 10 minutes early), and then, AND THEN....find out that somebody screwed up the appointment book, and she can't see you until at least 8pm. I would have even gone for the back-up plan, if only Shauna, Vanessa, or Amber were around. But it was not to be. Instead, I just drove the 45 minutes home (had to be home by 9pm), and now sit here in a severely depressed state. What's a guy to do?

Trust me, I tried finding the neighbor's cat to kick, but he wasn't around.

I have done what you just did. I called the MP in the morning to make an appointment to see a particular MPA when I get off work. I usually call the MP again 2 hours before my appointment just to confirm my spot is being reserved. It is such a waste of time when you have to wait 30 min to an hour when you already made an appointment.

I've had a similar problem at IT before. They seem to overbook and then end up trying to squeeze people in.
The last time I was there, they had me come back in half an hour. When I did, I still waited another 30 minutes.

The girls are good, but ownerships' got to fix this problem.
