i go to Sosua many times a year. Not beause it is a great monger location, but because it is close and the beach is nice.
i was there three weeks ago and will be back the 30th.
Cheap tickets is my draw there.
1000-1500 for ST
2000-2500 for TLN
Personally I pay 500-1000 for ST and no more then 2k for TLN.
 
Tried it this week. Price went up a little , nothing less than 3000, however very decent service.
