Last Visit to Happy Feet

I have finally determined that Happy Feet in Arlington is the worst place on the planet for keeping appointments. About a month ago i made an appointment with sonya for 3:00 in the backroom. I called early that morning, when i arrived i was told sonya was in session for another 30 minutes. I told them i had an appointment, the lady replied back she thought was appoinment was with Mary. But i had clearly said sonya like 12 times on the phone, and the lady kept saying yes. So i left and didn't go back for a while. A few weeks later they called me and ask when i was coming back. So i decided to give them another try. I called early that morning and asked for sonya for 3:00 in the backroom. The lady replied ok sonya 3:00 back room, we have it right this time. I arrive at 2:50 and sonya greets me at the door. We started heading back to the rooms, she stops and says in here, which was one of the rooms with the sheets in the front lobby, i told her i wanted the backroom. She said the backroom was being used. She said a customer had came in and wanted an hour, then decided after the hour he wanted 3 hours total. Now the correct business thing would have been to tell the customer that wanted 3 hours that they had another appointment at 3:00 in the backroom, and he could add more time but he would have to move out front to another room. Its very sad how this business treats customers. Mary and Sonya are both really great, very friendly, but the lady in charge cannot get an
appointment right. I will never go back to this place, their are to many other places that are better in keeping timed appointments.

I don't think I read anything good about Happy Feet in Arlington that would entice me to go there. Sorry about your experience. There're way too many better locale than there.
